Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy values your time and commitment to learning. Due to the nature of tutoring services and reserved session time, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

1. No Refund Policy

All tutoring services, session packages, and fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no cash or card refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with services.

2. Cancellation & Credit Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we offer account credits under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session will be eligible for a credit applied to the client’s account.

• Credits may be used toward future tutoring sessions and are non-transferable.

• Credits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for refunds.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of verified extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events), Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit even if the 24-hour notice requirement is not met. Supporting documentation may be requested.

4. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refunds or credits.

• Sessions missed due to lateness or failure to attend will be considered forfeited.

5. Use of Credits

• Credits must be used within 12 months, or 1 year.

• Credits may only be applied to tutoring services offered by Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy.

• Credits cannot be transferred to another student or family member unless approved in writing.

6. Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in tutoring services with Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
