Welcome to Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our tutoring services, you (“student” and/or “parent/guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy provides academic tutoring, educational support, and related services for students of various ages and skill levels ranging from K-6. Services may include:

• One-on-one tutoring sessions

• Group tutoring sessions

• Homework assistance and test preparation

• Customized lesson plans

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit services at our discretion.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian if under 18 years of age.

• Enrollment requires submission of accurate contact, billing, and student information.

• We reserve the right to decline service to any student if we determine our services are not a good fit.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

• Tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed via [phone/email/online booking system].

• Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling at our discretion.

• Missed sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees for tutoring sessions are outlined in your enrollment agreement or invoice.

• Payment is due prior to or on the day of the session unless other arrangements are made.

• Accepted payment methods include online payment debit or credit card payment.

• Late payments may incur a fee or result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with adequate notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

• Cancellations without sufficient notice will result in the session being charged in full.

• Refunds are not provided but a credit may be given for any unused sessions with Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Students are expected to actively participate and complete any assigned work.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing the necessary materials and a conducive learning environment.

• Excessive disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect the privacy of our students and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• Sessions may be documented for educational purposes, but student identities will be kept confidential.

8. Liability

• Tutoring services are educational support and do not guarantee specific academic results.

• Firm Foundation Tutoring Academy is not responsible for students’ academic performance, school grades, or test scores.

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during sessions, on-site or online.

9. Technology & Online Sessions

• Online tutoring requires reliable internet and suitable devices.

• We are not responsible for technical difficulties beyond our control.

• Parents/guardians must supervise minors during online sessions.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, disruptive behavior, or violation of these terms.

• Students or parents may terminate services at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
